Why China's constitution is different from other constitutions??

Why China's constitution something different from other constitutions,  even though it's a written one?  Because.....
1. In China prime minister and his cabinet will be constituted on the initiation of the communist party and not the legislature.
2. similarly, it also quite unusual that party chief will be the commander in chief the army.
3. Other one of the prominent features is that praising of communist party in the constitution itself. We don't see this in other constitutions.
4. In China there is a single political party, that is communist party of China...  So there is no hurdles for constitutional amendments. Whatever it proposes that will turn as an act.
